SMS Account Manager


¿Qué buscamos?

We are currently looking for an SMS Account Manager to join our interconnection department.


Duties and responsabilities

Your role will be to maintain customer and supplier accounts, as well as serve potential customers. 

Your responsibilities and duties are: 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.


Technical skills

Level B2 or higher in English is required.


Desired requirements

Engineering studies will be highly valued. Previous experience in A2P SMS and contact with operators is also highly valued.


Soft skills

We are looking for a person with developed social skills, the ability to work in a team, and the ability to analyze and organize.
