2. Purpose of the Processing
LLEIDA.NET will collect your personal data through the forms available on the website and process them for the following purposes:
- User identification.
- Provision of Lleida.net services, subject to prior acceptance of the applicable terms.
- Processing orders, requests, or responding to user enquiries submitted through any of the contact methods provided on the Lleida.net website.
- Sending commercial communications via electronic or physical means that enable such communications. These communications will relate to products or services offered by LLEIDA.NET. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, with no retroactive effect, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI.
- Job applications: Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing job applications submitted by users, as well as storing and assessing CVs in relation to vacancies within the company.
Fields marked as mandatory in the registration forms must be completed in order to properly process the request, while providing information in the remaining fields is optional.
Purposes involving third-party services:
- Google reCAPTCHA: reCAPTCHA is a bot-blocking tool that protects websites from spam, abuse, and fraud. It analyses user behaviour and other factors to determine whether an action is performed by a human or a bot. If suspicious activity is detected, reCAPTCHA may take action to prevent unauthorised access, such as presenting a challenge or blocking the interaction entirely. This helps maintain website security while ensuring minimal disruption for genuine users.
- Zapier Chatbot: The website chatbot is an AI-powered conversational assistant provided by Zapier, designed to support visitors with their queries in real time. The user's email address, first name, and surname are collected.

The personal data provided will be retained unless erasure is requested by the data subject.

4. Legal Bases for Data Processing
In all other instances where users provide personal data via any form on the Website, the lawful basis for processing shall be their freely given consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without retroactive effect.
